mgr inż. Marcjanna Czapla
Marcjanna Czapla is an Assistant at the Department of Mechanics and Vibroacoustics at AGH University of Science and Technology. She completed her engineer’s and master’s degrees in Acoustic Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics. Her work focuses on issues related to the impact of noise on humans and the environment as well as acoustic modeling. Marcjanna also has professional experience in the acoustics industry, particularly in environmental noise measurements and acoustic modeling, gained during her work in an accredited laboratory.
Since 2021, she has been a doctoral candidate at the AGH Doctoral School, with her research focusing on the impact of frequency and amplitude modulation on the perceived annoyance of wind turbine noise. Among her key achievements are obtaining travel scholarships for international scientific conferences: the EAA Travel Grant in 2023 (Forum Acusticum in Torino) and the INCE Young Professional Travel Grant in 2024 (InterNoise in Nantes).
